Shell Scheme Stand
Please note Shell Scheme Stand exhibitors are allowed to access their stand for set up on Sunday 2 March 2025 08:00-21:00.
Stand composed of:
- Silver colour structure frame
- White melamine walls 245cm high
- Standard grey carpet
- Lighting with led spotlights (1x20w/3m2)
- Fascia name board with company name and stand number
- Please note, shell scheme stands may have a platform in order for adjacent stands to have access to services such as power, water and internet. This must be taken into consideration when planning for graphics on shell scheme stands.

- Power Supply: 230V power supply available from Sunday 2 March 2025 (07:00 - 23:00)
- Stands up to 18m2: 3.3kw/16A switchboard with 1 embedded socket and 1 double socket base
- Stands above 18m2: 6.6kw/32A switchboard with 1 embedded socket and 1 double socket base
- The additional double sockets are an extension and will be placed next to the main electrical box
- Please note: switchboards are not fixed to the stand structure
IMPORTANT: All stand packages are subject to change and will be adapted as necessary to adhere to all government guidance and regulations in place at the time of the Event.

Please note:
- If the Fascia Name Board form is not submitted, the fascia name board will display the company name submitted through the Exhibitor Profile form. If none of these forms. are submitted, the fascia name board will show the company name on the contract.
- If the Switchboard & Socket Location form is not submitted, the switchboard will be placed at Fira's discretion and additional costs may incur if it needs to be moved.
DOS & DON'TS:
- It is not permitted to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the panels. Exhibitors are advised to use double sided tape or Velcro to attach posters.
- LED and LCD screens cannot be fixed on the Shell Scheme panels due to weight restrictions.
- Rigging above Shell Scheme Stands is not permitted.
- All decorative items and products must fit within the stand. No elements can be higher than the shell scheme structure.
- Exhibitors are not allowed to dismantle their Shell Scheme Stand themselves and will be charged for any damaged material if this is attempted.
